We didn't pivot to AI.
We went all in.

Justin started working in conversational AI back in 2016, spending nearly five years inside a company building AI-powered products before most marketers had heard of the space. That foundation shaped everything that followed.

In 2021 he founded Mota Media as a B2B SaaS marketing agency. Good at performance, good at content, good at pipeline. Then AI search exploded and everything changed.

The companies dominating weren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They were the ones with the best answers. We went all in on AEO and AI automation, built systems for clients, and generated $20M+ in pipeline across customers using programmatic AI content and zero paid spend. Now we do this full-time, shipping with Claude Code in 2026.
